Married tennis couple Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils are officially parents to a girl since October 15, when the Ukrainian tennis star announced it.

Gael Monfils was also quick to spread the news. «I had the most amazing night of my life, which ended with the most beautiful gift around 6:00 am. Elina was strong and brave. I can’t thank my wife and God enough for this special moment.

«With a heart full of love and happiness, we are delighted to announce that we are expecting a baby girl in October,» Svitolina wrote in a Twitter post. Monfils clearly expressed his enthusiasm for becoming a father.
«Yes [I’m excited]It’s going to be a different life. I can’t wait to have my little girl, I hope to be a great dad. It will be in a couple of weeks now. So I just have to focus now, dad, he has to win a couple more games and be ready for October,” Monfils said.
