Married tennis stars Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils officially have a daughter. Svitolina announced that she gave birth to a girl named Skai Monfils on Saturday. «What a night!!! Ladies and gentlemen, give a warm welcome to Skaï Monfils.

Gael Monfils was also quick to spread the news.

Monfils couldn’t wait to be a dad
In May of this year, Gael Monfils and his wife Svitolina announced that they are having a baby.
Svitolina, of course, took a long break from tennis to get through her pregnancy. «With a heart full of love and happiness, we are delighted to announce that we are expecting a baby girl in October,» she wrote in a Twitter post.
Monfils clearly expressed his enthusiasm to become a father. «Yes [I’m excited]It’s going to be a different life. I can’t wait to have my little girl, I hope to be a great dad. It will be in a couple of weeks now.
So I just have to focus now, dad, he has to win a couple more games and be ready for October,” Monfils said. The Monfils-Svitolina couple got married last year and they seem to be a great couple. Monfils showed his support for his wife on many occasions.
“Gael has been here every step of the way, he is very supportive. Obviously, he sees that I’m not in the best mood every day, there are ups and downs, so I’m very grateful for his support, I know it’s hard for him to see me sad, ”Svitolina told the Olympics website.
