During halftime, fans at State Farm Stadium had the chance to enjoy Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show. «Only Rihanna would make me leave the house,» Osaka wrote on her Instagram post. After not registering to play any tournaments at the start of the 2023 season and then also withdrawing from the Australian Open, Osaka took to Instagram to announce her pregnancy.
Also in her message, Osaka confirmed that she plans to return to playing tennis in 2024. «The last few years have been interesting to say the least, but I believe that the most challenging moments in life can be the most fun. These months away from the sport me they have given a new love and appreciation for the game to which I have dedicated my life.
I realize that life is very short and I don’t take any moment for granted, every day is a new blessing and a new adventure. I know I have many things to look forward to in the future.
