Novak Djokovic reacts to Matthew McConaughey’s advice to sleep better

Novak Djokovic liked Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey’s recent post on Instagram about the power of using his diary to make a to-do list. According to McConaughey, making a to-do list in your journal every night will help you sleep better and have fun checking things off the next day.

In the video, McConaughey described a problem many people have. “Here’s another cool thing I love about journaling. Do you ever go to bed at night and you start thinking about the things you have to do the next day and it gets a little intimidating, your brain kicks in, you have trouble falling asleep because you’re like, ‘Yeah, I have to do this, this and this.

How am I going to remember, wait, how is my day going to flow?’ and then you wake up in the morning and you’re like, ‘Oh yeah, I have to do this, this…’” says the actor. Then Matthew McConaughey provides a solution to the problem.

«Write it down. The night before. Write your to-do list. Make it long. Put fun things on there too, like having my first cup of coffee, hugging my wife, calling a friend, wearing my favorite t-shirt; put fun things and easy there because the funny thing is that the more things you can cross off the next day, the more we feel like we accomplished, that we accomplished it.
