Nick Kyrgios believes Holger Rune has potential to win multiple Grand Slams and also revealed that he would likes to team up with the Dane for a doubles event. At the age of 19, Rune is already a Masters Champion and currently enjoys a career-high ranking of No. 9 in the world.

Kyrgios focuses on singles, but occasionally plays doubles. Now, Kyrgios reveals that he would definitely be willing to share the same side of the court with Rune one day. «Whenever Holger wants, I’m ready. Maybe even later this year in a smaller tournament.

Kyrgios aims to play next month
In the low season, Kyrgios had knee surgery which later forced him to withdraw from the United Cup and Adelaide 2.
Just three days before the start of the Australian Open, Kyrgios played an exhibition match against Novak Djokovic at Melbourne Park. Kyrgios won the exhibition match against Djokovic, but it was clear to him that his knee was not where it should be before a Grand Slam.
Kyrgios then had to make a heartbreaking decision and also withdraw from the Australian Open. Shortly after announcing his withdrawal from the Australian Open, Kyrgios underwent knee surgery. More important, surgery went very well for kyrgios and the Wimbledon 2022 finalist is hoping to be able to play in the Masters events in Indian Wells and Miami.
