Swiatek: I don’t care how many games I won or lost
When Swiatek was asked about his amazing performance in Doha, he insisted that the most important thing was to win the title and bounce back from a disappointing Australian Open.
«Sure the goodbye helped, honestly I don’t care how many games I won or lost I feel like I really found my groove here after a rocky start to the season.» Swiatek said, according to Tennis Majors.

12 months ago, Swiatek won Doha and then showed his support for Ukraine.
Today, Swiatek defended his Doha title and reminded Ukraine again. «When I sat there, I thought back to last year, that was the first tournament where I had a chance to give a speech when the war in Ukraine started. We have a pretty short memory.»
We should all support Ukrainians with everything they face every day. It is disappointing that this situation does not change, but I hope they remain strong,» said Swiatek.

Meanwhile, Swiatek now has his first title of the 2023 season. Next week, Swiatek will compete in Dubai. Since Swiatek didn’t spend a lot of time on the court in Doha, she probably still feels fresh in Doha.
