Coach Dmitry Tursunov has started working with Belinda Bencic after parting ways with Emma Raducanu. Several days ago, the British media reported that Raducanu and Tursunov were ending their collaboration. Furthermore, the British media reported that it was Tursunov who ended the partnership so that he could accept another opportunity as manager.
Over the weekend, Tursunov was seen on a practice court with Bencic in Guadalajara.

Tursunov is now working with a third player in 2022.
In the first half of the season, Tursunov was working with Anett Kontaveit. Tursunov then joined Raducanu’s coaching staff ahead of the North American hard court tour. After three months of working with Raducanu, Tursunov has another coaching job.
Raducanu, Tursunov seemed to be happy with each other
In September, Tursunov spoke highly of Raducanu when asked about the 19-year-old Briton. «I really like him. He’s a great person, he’s smart, he works hard.»
We all have our own things, each player has their own quirks and character traits. Sometimes players can be stubborn or hard to train, you’re not going to get a perfect player. I think he is a very good person, I like him a lot, so he makes it a little easier for me,» Tursunov said recently.
In late September, Raducanu apparently confirmed that Tursunov was his new full-time manager. “I have definitely done more since I started with Dmitry. I’ve put in a lot more hours, and that’s something that he and the other people on my team feel is quite necessary, myself included, just getting beefier, so long games or back-to-back games don’t get to me.
And I think I’m also not trying to overcomplicate things for myself, he’s helping with that, because sometimes I enjoy doing that, thinking about the worst possible outcome and just overthinking it. So he’s also trying to help me be calmer,» Raducanu said in late September.
