This week Pecotic, 33, who finished his business studies in recent years and now owns a business investment firm in Florida, made headlines because many were impressed by his story.
At the age of 33, Pecotic made his ATP debut after entering the Delray Beach qualifying event as a substitute and then winning two qualifying matches to reach the main draw. In his first ATP main draw match, Pecotic stunned former world number 8 Jack Sock 3-6, 6-2, 6-2.
On Wednesday, Pecotic returned to action and Tyson came to see the Croatian. Unfortunately for Pecotic, he did not record his second ATP win after Girón handed him a 6-3, 6-3 defeat.
Tyson how tennis has impacted his family’s life
Since Milan started playing tennis, the game has had a very positive influence on the Tyson family.
Tyson, one of the greatest champions in the entire history of the sport, is happy to see his daughter completely dedicated and committed to something and dreams. “It broadened my horizons, and I’m grateful to be involved and get to know everyone.
It changed our life. Our whole life has changed with tennis. I thought we were doing great and everything, and all we were doing was making money, but that’s no bigger than my daughter playing tennis. She is bigger than everything in our life now.
I see her transcending into something she never would have had before if she hadn’t gotten involved in tennis. She is confident. At 11/12 years old, she’s confident in herself,» Tyson said in one of his past interviews.
